Originating from South Africa, the Natives of this region have been using the rooibos bush to make tea for a longtime & have been cultivating the plant since the 1930's. Rooibos is not a tea plant, does not contain any caffeine or sugar but has many positive qualities in supporting a healthy diet. Rooibos has a fresh, fruity note & blends well with other fruits & spices.
